Pls help with search script

I am looking for WP Plugin or PHP script to search my website internal database, I am herewith attaching the pic what exactly i am looking for, Pls help....

I think it would be best to just custom code it out and run queries based on selections made onto your database.

Cannot give exact query or something here as don't know the database schema of yours.

hello, you can do a look to wpSearch2 plugin.. still have to customize it in order to get the same graphics...
