I purchased some domains form NameJet in 2026. Has anyone dealt with domains purchased through NameJet disappearing from a Network Solutions account?

None of the domains appear in any of the Network Solutions accounts connected to me.

I contacted NameJet and clearly explained the problem. They simply close the ticket and reply me:

Please contact the registrar of record Network Solutions. I am showing all 3 of the domains are in an account with Network Solutions under your name. I would recomend reaching out to them if you are not sure what account they are in as we do not have access to their accounts. See thier contact information below.

I then contacted Network Solutions. Their support representative said they would investigate and asked me to wait for an update. Several days have passed with no progress. I did not receive a ticket number, confirmation email, case reference, or any written follow-up.

At this point, I am being passed between NameJet and Network Solutions, while nobody will confirm:

• Which account currently holds the domains
• Whether they were moved or transferred
• Whether the account information provided to me is correct
• Whether the domains are secure from unauthorized transfer

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Does anyone have a reliable contact at NameJet or Network Solutions, or know the correct escalation path to reach their domain security/account recovery team?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
