I am not an expert apraiser, however I have crunched a lot of historical data on economics including housing (median household income/price and rent/price ratios). I think this name *will be very desirable. Your example seems like googling for information on a stock market bubble in 1999. Sorry if this seems a bit off topic, but my point is this name seems to me to be great to hang on to IMHO. I wish I owned it!

Never had time to market it but yet receives 60 uniques daily. 240hits/day. Probably from "guess" type ins. Alexa Rank is real bad - 1,600,000. I think this is one of those domains wh is worth a lot more if developed but i am going to sell it for 2,000
