A basic beach resort website was up for a while but hasn't seen much use since the resort was operational for a very limited time before Covid. The resort isn't reopening so intending to sell. Appreciate to hear some appraisal opinions. Thanx in advance.

As a domain alone, I just don't see the point. It only had meaning to the owner / management of this resort, than appealing to a wider audience. Hard sell

You could try submitting it to the brandables sites, see if anybody else sees it as a brand? They'll suggest a price and do a logo too if they decide to list the name.

Watch the commission though
