I like the blue you have chosen as the dominant colour throughout your site.

Homepage
-------------

Your site has scattered and confusing navigation, for instance you have a "services" link at the top left and yet you have a whole navigation under "our services" title. The word "Goal" should either be "Our Goal" or "Goals" because the singular there doesn't make sense, just like "career" (your career? Apply for career?)

Services
----------

Welcome! We at Matrix Media Solutions are all set to cater you with custom-made keys for just about any service that you need in regard to web development. Matrix Media Solutions is your one-stop halt for all web developmental solutions.

Why are you welcoming the user on the services page? You have the content of the "about" page before the user gets to read what you have to offer (which you state later in the page).

Portfolio
-----------

Your portfolio should not be inside a scrollable frame. It's gimmicky and you have a broken link at the bottom.
The left navigation doesn't have icons by it.

Request a Quote
--------------------

"CONFUSIONS?" You must get a copy writer to look through your site.

The way to do business with you is confusing because you have "Request a Quote" and "Get Started". One either expects those to be combined or mutually exclusive.

General
---------

Your list style (in Safari 4 at least) is out of line with the rest of the content.

The title of the page does not change to reflect the page you are on for some pages.

The meta description of each page does not change.

The Google Analytics code is not installed correctly. From the Analytics website:

Copy the following code block into every webpage you want to track immediately before the </body> tag

The "Live Help" link doesn't work

I wouldn't use the valid XHTML tag if your site isn't valid

"Testimonial" should be "Testimonials"

In summary: Clear up your navigation, get a copy writer to have a look and polish off the inconsistencies.

That should be enough to get on with

Generally the site looks OK, I really liked the blue color - but it's a little bit hard to navigate (I mean not for me - generally).

You also should check all of your links again, seems like some of them simply don't work.

Overall it gives a good first impression. The theme looks vibrant and pleasing to eyes. I agree with music_man @ Services - it's a duplication - and overloading of information.
Most of the points are covered, but pay attention to broken links - Google doesn't like them, nor do users

Well done with the website, I would use a darker blue at the top for image/graphics heading area etc.

Some good advice given above, I'll leave technical comments to others with more knowledge : )

I like the concept though, very unique.. However, the blue color looks babyish...a darker shade of blue is better.
