You need to set up a database using mySQL and php so you can easily edit the tutorials when new ones are submitted.

Not to be punk or nuthing, but do yourself a favor and spend a dime and hire a php/mysql designer. I say this because even scripts writen for a purpose are not the way "you" want them. If you hire someone you will save time and therefor money. That is if you get someone good.
