A tutorial site

I plan on developing the domain www.TutorialPlace.com into a tutorial site. I've checked HotScripts and I've found a script called tutorialSHRE. It is listed as free but it actually costs $25 for a license. Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should do? :tu:
