Well, I changed the header (banner, for people who say what header ).

And, well, it doesn't exactly look better ;(. I made the other one in PSP9, before I had problems with it, but I had to uninstall PSP9 cause it was causing problems. And PSP7 doesn't have those bolts .

Basic, but clean and simple. The banner above I would perhaps change to reflect site wide colors.

Header needs to be redon, concider trying other colors then gray ~ needs some work to make it more colorful and not so dull :imho:

The website is way too plain. The color of header dont match with the rest of site also.

the header still needs to be redone, you should also make it the header as long as the layout tables, and put the ads somewhere else, maybe use a skyscraper banner?

agreed, I really don't like the colors being used anymore.. just to plain and simple.
