ive been there i see that you are not using any script for the article/tutorial submission people will not be comfortable sending email but rather will fill up a quickie form with subject, body and resource box for the tutorials, just my comment to help you out. overall the site's design is ok and fast loading

I think the banner should be bigger and the navigation bar should come below that. Add a background as the page looks very plain and simple. Also there are too many ads.
