I would try Lacehost.com. I have 3 accounts with them. They are very cheap, but still provide full accounts and are responsive if you have questions or problems.

I recently signed with fusedhosting.net, I have found them to be easy to use, good value and they have given me good support. I'm not sure if they register domain names but that is easy enough to do anywhere.

I like Lunarpages. They have good uptime as well as offering unlimited add-on domains.

The have a special right now for $4.95/month

I agree with bmugford.

Lunarpages is rated high and has a lot of features.

I get domains at GoDaddy, NameCheap, and sometime 1and1 (cheap, but not the best) and change the DNS to Lunarpages.

I've heard good things about Bluehost and Hostmonster also.
