Like Vixy only you can search and download with a single click - that's nice. The design as others said is a bit sloppy but I doubt anyone will care. It's a service that everyone I know uses already so it should bring in some users if you can get the name out there.

My question with sites like these is how do you make money? There's got to be some major bandwidth issues -- and are these people really clicking through on those Google ads?

Very good job, service wise, but I think the design could use some work.
I would recommend getting rid of the borders and the white on the logos of the video sites and blend them into the header. Also, I don't really like that navigation, it would be nicer with just a simple rollover effect that blended with the site.

Also, I noticed the links to "Top Downloaded". Why link them to extract again? If they've been extracted before, why not cache them on the server so that they can simply be downloaded again. That would greatly reduce the load and bandwidth on the server.

Great site all in all, I might even use it :D

Revenue from AdSence.
Bandwidth is minimal - site only provides direct link to YouTube, MetaCafe or Break.com and visitor downloads a video file from these sites.

And I'm not sure whether this not violate (for example) YouTube TOS.
Maybe in future I will implement caching.

As much as i'd like to slam you for the design of the site, there's something intriguingly simple and self explanatory about it, which makes this almost a slam dunk. Eventually add categories to it, where the top 5 downloaded videos of the main categories are displayed. add the all too often missing favicon and think about a more dynamic and distinguishable logo.
