It isn't bad except the banner is a little out of place. Here you have a women typing on her computer and a see threw elf that is just appearing in front of her. I mean the banner had a cool look it is just not right. Something is off on it and I can't tell what. Other than that it looks good.

Nice design but i would recommend u to arrange the menu butons in the middle instead of right side!

i suggest you center the page
graphic: either you use colored or B/W? either you use real people or drawing elves
there are 3 different kind of graphic on the page

I wish I could... but I truely don't know much about web design... i just searched for the images and that's the best i could find
