Neat, simply....neat! 2 keywords here: Simple and Neat

Looks good, hard to misunderstand - easy to navigate, logo design is original and memorable.
What i'm missing is the multi file upload option.

Good efforts, I have a few comments though.

What about leaving like 2 pixels space between your main site links in the header and Ads by google?

This formatting could be by either using bold text or colorful text.
