Just my 2 cents.
Blue and orange are not really fit you site. You probably can use all blue based colors to desige a clean style website, since your logo is also blue based.

I think it's too busy. I'd remove the paper(?) behind the icons on the navigation bar. Maybe make the whole navigation/search bar one object. You could do this by making them have the same color color background (blue maybe.) I think that the blue and orange look good together. Sign-in box looks kind of weird sitting out by itself and cut off on the right end. I like the logo but the WebsiteBids(dot)net typeface doesn't match. It's too generic of a font and WAY too small. Don't get me wrong...Great site in general and looks like it's doing well, but...a few tweaks will help it out a bunch.

I agree with thehotship, it's a bit busy. Perhaps try to incorporate a little bit more whitespace. I also think the font in the logo is a bit amateur looking.

However, I do like the colors, and I think they're a nice contrast. You've also used them well.

I really like the theme of this site. I like how it shows thumbnails of sites all the other information needed to provide information about the customers site. I may suggest that you include a roll over the navigation images and not just the text. It will help optimixe your site a little better and lead the visitors eye
