Great design, colors, layout and images are just right. However, somewhere in there needs to be an explanation for people who have no idea how to use your service. Eventually build a side rail or get a scrollable box between the header and the boxes, that explains what your service is about and how to utilize it best.
Chances are, that if it's not on the first page, people may not get to it.
