On first glance, i thought you're having a gaming related site there. Your URL bar is minute compared to the rest of the site, especially with the overpowering image right below it. Emphasize the URL bar and have it stand out, after all, that's what your site is about. Finish the logo/banner, or place something to the right of it, empty space in the one section that can actually brand your site is probably not the best idea.

The google ads and the image are separating the the URL bar from the option check list. The options needed to be explained a bit, not everyone knows what they mean. The explanation as to what a proxy is, etc. should be collapsible and not as dominant, it would help you in making your site a bit more compact.
