Something that I would suggest is to choose a different font for your titles. I think your current font looks a bit thin. You could (also said above) create a logo. Some sort of soccer ball with the world being the spots?

Also you have this lime green on rollover for the links in the top menu. Why don't you use that colour more throughout your site. It would make the page look more exciting than you current silver theme. I think that green and the silver would look good if used correctly.
