It's a bit bland and grey and also the whole page takes some time to load. In my opinion proxy browsers should be a simple few tables that load fast. try making the layout css based instead of a complex sliced image based layout.

Just my opinion.

Great design but.. "Bypass firewalls"? Really isn't that saying something you can't offer. Because it's phpproxy not some amazing hacking program.
