Review my new design please:

Positive: Nice layout on the site. It is really easy to use and navigate threw. I also love that yellow for header text and links. The city scape at the bottom is also very well done.

Negative: Don't use that mustard yellow for the background color. It looks very good for links and header text but does not look good as a whole background. A semi mid grey would work. I also think the city scape on the top is way too tall and text is off. The text is hard to read, doesn't match, and is plain. I would change the background color and get someone on NP to design a header. Then this site would have nothing wrong with it.

thx for review, i didn't worked too long on that one, definitly i have to do smth with header text, it must be changed for an easier reading , i know;

i find that the mustard color isnt too bad, but i will try another color creating that same contrast between content and background, a mid grey would cancel that effect
