Not bad, but is this a wordpress theme you have created or a theme you have modified for you own use?

In anycase, it is a good looking theme. If it is a new theme you have created for WP I would make it more generic. Take the little guy out of all the posts and headers, or make it really easy for someone to modify the pics in the CSS file. Also, include all of the images in photoshop format in the "images" folder, that makes things a lot easier. I hate it when I get a new theme and I have to mess around with a single layer jpg.

Not much to add. I do like the layout. Simple, smooth and concise with easy to read sections. Very well done!
