I wouldn't put an ad the top of the blog personally, just on the basis that internet users have "Top Banner Blindness". They are so used to seeing a banner at the top of a blog/page there mind doesnt register it anymore. Put it at the bottom, once they've read your content they are primed with your information and are more likely to click the advertisement.

Personally if you want to actually use this website I think you need to be smarter with the ads. You are trying to make people believe they can make money online, and by doing so they need to believe you've done it. You've rammed the site with so many advertements(images) it's annoying me. Change it about a bit and be more smart with the placement.

The content you provide isn't very indepth and quite often its just overviewing what you can do, try to add more content that I'd want to read and is preferably unique.

Overall I think you have a good site but it's a mini-site at the moment and doesn't add much value to the end-user. I think you should brainstorm unique content for the articles and the website alike.

Big Google ads is not best looking for most of the viewers who visits your site first. To be very frank, the layout of homepage is not so attractive. It would be better if you can change your template with a new one.
