Please Review my Banner tell me what you guys thingk good or bad feed back is very welcome.

I think the only bad thing is that horrible effect on the text at the bottom saying 'Join Nexberry Today'

it is not a bad banner... I see people pay around $20 for banner created like this on DP..

The more you make the better you will get , nice job.

I like this and the color combo is pretty unique. The only thing that bugs me the most is WTF is Nexberry? All the banner does is say join Nexberry it does not convey what it is or let the user know why they NEED to join or atleast click on the banner.

Thats much nicer than the first one, well done. If i was going to be picky, which i will be!, id say try and centre the star on the left a bit better, up and to the left, so the bottom dose not go off the banner, or make it slightly smaller.
