I would get your own webhost so you dont have those nasty looking ads on it first, then I would redesign the site with a hot dog theme! Let me know if you need site design, I do it very reasonably.
You're using credits for hosting which is "O.K" as long as you're in the test phase, it saves you about $3.95/mth. Once you have a developed site though, switch your hosting to the basic plan and get rid of the GD ads.
The site itself: Custom theme, go with something that applies to hotdogs. Where are they most often consumed - how can you translate the environment onto your website? Make it entertaining, something you would like to come back to - as a user. Make sure that you deliver something that is unique to your site, maybe sell oversized hotdogs
Anyhow, you know where i'm going with this. If you want to succeed offer something that everyone else does - just do it better (visually or functionality) or present something that makes your site unique and assures return user content.
