I'm not necessarily a newbie around here, but I'm not really domaining right now. I will probably get back into it later this year - but right now I am focused on development.

Anyway, I have a bunch of domains from my earliest days of buyting that either just expired or will be expiring soon. I think I have until tomorrow to renew the earlies ones.

I had been planning to let these drop but have had second thoughts on some of them. Anyway, I would like to know if any of these are worth keeping? I ran them all through estibot and if it came up with anything other than reg fee, I included the value it gave. These are all .coms with no hyphens (spacing is only for legibility (* means I have received offers and ** means the .net is taken).

Please any and all help is appreciated (I also have some others that I need to decide on in the coming week. But these need immediate attention).

drm phones
drm phone
dc resumes
moon bounce parties
network dvd players
network dvd player
dec hubs
medical generics
ethernet dvd 430
wildcard tickets
vehicle detail 3900
acl rupture 800
nutrition vet 40
insulin injectors 150
substance disorders 370
**usbturntables 960
dc resumes 190
paternity claims 230
nav phones 490
network dvrs 290
dvr drives 80
*interest futures 140

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: If you see none of value, I would appreciate that hearing that opinion also.

I've not properly investigated all these, but usbturntables jumped right out at me. 2 word generic product name with good search volume. don't drop that one.

imho:

- if it's a common(ish) product/service with over 200 searches for the exact term a day:
http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com
http://keyworddiscovery.com/search.html
( and especially when google itself indicates there are searches for this term
http://google.com/trends?q=usb+turntable
)

- and if when you search for the exact term in google in quotes you get a page or more of sponsored listings

- and if you have those 2 words in the correct order ( the order which makes sense, is the same as the product, and is the same order that people use when searching)

- and if the domain is .com

then keep it. or sell it to me cheap. :p

Thanks, seems reasonable. I will use those criteria to evaluate but would appreciate other opinions too.

I will definitely keep usbturntables. Thank you.

I think "vehicle detail" is pretty good.

i think you can drop most if not all.. unless you are keen on developing anyone of them

I did not investigate either, and i don't even know what drm or dvr mean, but off the top of my head, these look pretty good:

**usbturntables 960 definitely a keeper
*interest futures 140 an offer is an offer

These are also interesting:
nav phones 490
medical generics (potential for a big pharma future end user, but a gamble)
acl rupture 800

If they were mine, PPC competition would decide their fate.

Thanks everyone. I kept a few of these. I have more to work through this weekend but what's interesting is that the ones that people mentioned are the ones that made me have second thoughts about letting all of them drop.

Thanks again.
