I need help!

I'm no serious domainer/investor,I have around 50 domains in total and I only buy domains if I see heavy cash in that particular market/industry. BUT! since I've joined this forum about week ago, I haven't been able to stop registering domains! After seeing that Namecheap has a $2.78 special on .co domains I went and registered these today

26893.co
26896.co

I just know Chinese people love number 8 and added it at the end to the common Chinese names I saw on google. This is becoming highly addictive and I only stopped cos my card declined lol. Is this a common thing for newbie domainers?

I think I have wasted my time and money on these ones today

I think its a good decision to reg few premium 5N.co for only $2.78 each IMHO

Personally, if you are just starting out, I would focus on strong extensions

Also dont mix random letters and numbers in domains, just because the chinese love numbers, doesnt mean combining them with letters will make it valuable

Do a lot more reading on this forum (I mean weeks/months) and have a look at namebio and dnjournal to see what names sell and get a good understanding of domains before registering any more names or they will all end up expiring at renewal time next year

To be frank and honest... Getting .Co extensions and jut following the crowd on the Chinese trend will be a quick way to be discouraged and out the domain industry in a flash. As mentioned above focus on learning and understanding the industry. Just because you did not spend much to get these does not mean it's the right decision.

You are better off holding off and purchasing a more valuable domain name with an extension that equals liquidity. Go on NameBio.com and put .Com see how often and consistent they sell vs .Co and many of the other extensions for that matter.
