Not sure if he can. It has been about 1 week + since his last reg. I think they only give 3-4 days grace period?

Does anyone know which / any registrars that would allow you to delete within X days, and give a refund? I've never known that you could do that as a customer of say GoDaddy. Thought only registrars linking direct to icann could. Any experience / knowledge on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
