Well I understand. However, if you become active on this forum, NP$ is virtually "free" since you just get it by posting, and as for "reps", you can give one at any time by clicking on the weight icon underneath a user.

I was going to fill it out but seeing as I am an employee, not a manager, and we work for the school, A.K.A. Government, I think the results would not be accurate.
