I have many affiliate payments pending for Tax forms!!
1) I have some affiliate payments pending with many networks for w8.
I don't have any activity in USA.
I am in India. Is it right to use http://www.domainsponsor.com/members/w8.pdf this form?
Please clarify. If yes
2) Do I have to fill a w8 form once and send the copy to all affiliate networks <or> to give different form for each networks.?
What should I fill in the column 8 & 9 of the form. ?
If No, Which Form should I use? & how to fill ??
Please help me guys to get my payment quickly.
