I am asking an appraisal for two web sites.
The first one you see it in the title as link etc...
Its a pr6 lsited in google.
Its in a auction in pool.com how much do you think I should bid on it?????
Please answer me its very important.

Another one where the name is not relevant is a pr7 + 6 listed pr5 subdomains+ a little more links here and there.
How much do you think I should pay for it?

Tell us a little more about the domain name, "daycare-provider.com". Is there a specific End user "lead" you had in mind here to possibly re-sell it to? Is the non-hyphenated (or other extesnions) developed, or do you have plans to develop this one? Feels like an ".ORG" to me a little bit, as well.

I can easy develop it pretty nicely.
Right now its at 99 USD at pool but it will be much higher I have no budget for it still decided.
I do not know anything about daycare or the value it might have.
I do not want to overbid and I would take it if there is a real value.
PLEASE HELP ME TO DECIDE

Being hyphenated, its length, non-plural (say for a directory of "Day Care providers" like the above provided link), and without knowing a lot about daycare ... unless I knew I could sell it to the non-hyphenated (appears to be registred, no site), I don't think I'd be willing to pay more than the current bid at Pool, IMHO.
Why do you think it'll end up much higher?

In a point of SEO view reaching such a pr with such a name for a daycare provider its VERY VERY VERY VERY hard.
you could even only sell some links and still make good money from your homepage.
It's already listed twice in google and google has 173 pages listed for this site.
Trust me its a lot of links.
Easy tu rebuild and give a pr4 to every other page...
Links now days are very expensive.
Not even to let know to an end user.
I can make this name number 1 in google for daycare provider quite easy.
Its like terrorism library PR7... going for more than 600 USD right now in pool.
