I bought a domain on bido and after I made my payment I got a receipt from PayPal regarding the payment.after this, bido put my account on hold and I tried calling bido but no response, I also sent emails and tickets to bido but nobody answered me please how can I resolve this as the money involved is material to me. It was even my savings. pls help me out.

if the company are not helping you, then maybe you can contact paypal to dispute your payment?

I agree, you should contact PayPal about disputing the transaction. Alao, it's a good idea in any investment, to never risk more than you can afford to lose.

Thanks I raised a dispute and my money has been refunded. but I tell you that bido has zero support and lack business etiquette .smh
