This is a good domain (the name itself is probably in the mid x,xxx range), and it appears the site is PR 5. Perhaps you can provide some traffic/revenue figures to help us more accurately determine the site's value.

crap. I did a dns check then the domain is expiring on 14 Feb 06, then a few minutes later, it's renewed and taken by asia-hotels DOT com. stupid! hahaz. nonetheless thanx for the appraisals. REP added. =)
