Given a roughly $20 reg fee it's tough to pull off .cc. Have to say reg fee undeveloped. I've owned killer keyword .ccs that I couldn't unload to save my life. No need for rep.

I would have to agree with Phronesis. I also owned a lot of great keyword .cc and quite a handful of 2 character. At this point without any development the value would only be reg. fee unless you can find and end user.
