Please Help! I can't write anymore on my WordPress Blog

Hello,

Till few days ago, I could normally write on my WordPress Blog @ ItalianDragon.com but now I can`t. Already for the last post, I had to ask to one friend to do it for me. He could write without problems a post using my login info so the problem is nothing else than related to my PC or my Browser settings I suppose.

This is the issue: I can write the title of the post but can`t write anything in the "post field" like you can see in the image below, where there is a little icon down on the left corner saying "Error on page" and by clicking on that icon twice, I get the error details displayed:

I had a look at the internet options but I`m not really expert with that....anyway I tried to unmark the 2 things:

"Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)"
"Disable script debugging (Other)"

and that`s what I got, still I could not write the post but this time the errors were popping out many times:

Can anyone help me with this?

I can`t write any new post or edit any old one.

I use Windows Vista (and unfortunately I can`t install anything else on this laptop or I lose the warranty from the manufacturer HP) and I use as Browser Internet Explorer 7.0.6000.16575


while my friend was using Opera.


I tried disabling the last plugings that I added but problem persists.

I uninstalled Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 (previously installed) but nothing changed.

can you try creating a new test account and login using a web proxy?
see if you can post.

I'd Suggest you Refresh your Internet Settings. That would resolve your Problem.

did you scan your computer for trojans, spywares and virus?
are all software can't be installed or you are allowed to install an alternative free browser such as opera, crazybrowser or maxthon?

the WordPress is installed in my website database so I don`t see the need to create another account?

This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard, it sounds like an IE specific problem, use Firefox, Use Firefox portable if you are unable to install anything.

Well, there was no need to say I`m dumb, I stated that I`m not a computer geek. :td:

HP support told me the following:

" HP, does not recommend Operating systems other than the Pre-installed OS (in this case Vista Home Premium) .
HP does not recommend Dual Boot on the Notebook"


So, there you go.

My computer has been scanned just this past week with 2 antivirus and ADAWARE.

Certainly I can install another browser but I was hoping not to.

to install another alternative browser is just temporary as we're still isolating the problem if this is a browser or computer problem since we already know that this is not wordpress problem as it has been able to be used by your friend.
you may try either maxthon.com, opera.com or crazybrowser.com or reinstall firefox ( first remove it and then install new one )

Just remember, a new browser may be weird for a few days, but FIrefox is certainly worth getting used to!
