But I haven't bought it yet, and I don't want someone to see it here and beat me to it!!
It's a .com and it's based on a slang expression.

Name has decent searches. Low frequency indicates low competition. Seems to be good combination for development. Low - mid $XX undeveloped.

Agree Low frequency is a VERY good thing, however if it is Unusually Low such as this one, it can also signal that there is simply no interest/industry surrounding your domain.

Also without knowing the industry or the domain name, you will pretty much just be getting wild guesses as to its value.

IMO the google frequency is a little too low, meaning there is no industry surrounding your topic.

Ahh if you're considering Ot searches of 906 as decent we really need to talk. :imho:

Up to about 2 years ago 100k was min. Now I'll look at 30-50k mo but you really have to stretch to go under that.

You don`t need to have 100K, 30K or 50K searches to earn from development, parking or reselling. You can call such volumes minimal, I call them pretty good But it doesn`t matter. Most likely, if name is .com and has 45 exact daily searches plus low competition, development can make it profitable.
