domain Please appraise!

I am looking to develop a site similar to myspace, facebook, friendster, and other online community site's. I purchased buddyhq.com and would like to get an appraisal before I develop. any thoughts are truley appriciated!

Your value for this will only come with development as there are so many possible variations of this type domain. low xx as is, undeveloped IMO.

develop it, get links to it, submit to search engines, grab some page rank as the true value will come with development, as is low xx to low xxx.

thanks for your opinoins guys! Sounds like it was a good buy then. I dont plan on selling as is I am looking to make this a long-term project and it sounds like I am on the right path..appriciate everyone's input!
