Welcome to NamePros.

In my experience, domains with expiration dates never do well. This would be a fairly good domain set (.com and .org) to reg if you were a political campaign manager for a 2012 candidate, but for resale, I don't see any value.

I would put up a for sale page on the .com, just in case, though. If you do that, make sure you forward the .org to the .com.
