In my opinion, this domain is a million dollar domain that needs a face (website). I could see this making the big time in 2 or 3 years and being a top 10 dating site with $xx,xxx,xxx.xx in revenue by 2015 with the right funding.

The domain name alone is probably a mid $xxx name now. But so was thefacebook.com and google.com at one time. This name is big and demands and deserves development.

I think a lot of the appraisals of HubbyFinder are rather high. The genre is FULL of names and sites and I really don't see many modern women using something that sounds so...droll. I'd put it at low to mid xx reseller.

Sure you can find that ace in the hole end user willing to pay mid xxx+, but I think it would take a while.
