Just like @deflee79 said above, it has Trademark issues. If it is parked and it serves ads for Jeeps or related products, if you make any kind of monetary gain you can find yourself with a big legal headache. You are NOT allowed to profit from a Trademark holders TM in ANY way.

This includes making money from parking ads that are related to the TM holder field, making money off of any ads (including affiliate) or making any kind of money that related to the TM holders TM, that includes selling it and using any reference to the TM. You can't even register it in bad faith meaning that you intend to profit because of the TM.

This is a very high risk and you might find yourself requiring legal council/service. It might just get taken from you in a UDRP.

Please stay away from Trademark domains unless you have a deep desire for headaches.
