Regardless of whether it has TM attached or is in trouble with the law it is worth nothing, taking a domain of a well known company and leeching off it is considered bad form.
Is this now a black hat forum?
Domain squatting ftw!

Taking a documents of a well known country and leeching them is also considered to be a bad form.
Regarding the domain i think its worth a lot($x.xxx range) if you manage to sell it quickly to some of Assanges supporters, thats because Assanges ex spokesman is starting a new leak site- OpenLeaks so maybe WikiLeaks will be forgotten soon and became worthless.
Thanks for the post... But I don't really want to sell it. I reg'ed it to see what sort of traffic I can get for a year. And after doing a quick site on wordpress I was shocked on the unique traffic I was getting. The .La is quite crap from what I have seen in my time with domain names.
It will be good to see what happens when openleaks starts. 2 things can happen either my traffic will drop or will go stronger, only time will tell.
And before someone says then why have I posted it for sale on my site... The simple answer is I am a domainer and the end of the day.

You can rationalize all you want, but you are squatting.

Hands up who knows who "owns" Wikileaks....
You are cybersquatting on a domain / organization founded by Chinese dissidents, journalists gone rogue and others who wish to remain anonymous - me things this is unlikely to be a problem.
It's like owning alqaeda.la. Sure there's an organization but I don't think Osama is going to be filing a UDRP / Lawsuit anytime soon.
I think the traffic is primarily looking for any wikileaks mirror (or looking to register any wikileaks name for profit). This won't generate much revenue traffic but just traffic.
I expect traffic to go down as the current hysteria dies down.
As for value - I'm sure someone would give you $10 for it. If the Wikileaks group wants it I would weigh up your desire to have privacy versus profit from the domain. They seem to have "sources" everywhere.

Recently, some guy had a Namepros clones mirror site. How is your clone site any different from that?
Also, do you have permission from the Wikileaks owners to build a mirror site?
Your intentions may be okay--maybe in some eyes, even noble--but unless you have permission to use the Wikileaks name, then you are technically squatting, especially if you are earning revenue.
But I suppose it's your decision.
Just hope you don't get in trouble for owning a hot name.
