Verde is green in Spanish. Weed is one of MANY slang terms used for Marijuana by Spanish speakers. Hierba is a translation for weed and could be used and is available . . . I thought it sounded too much like weeds that need to be killed in the yard!

I didn't know what Verde meant until you told us. For those who speak and know Spanish it it might be desirable. "Weed" term is used by non Spanish speakers too. I guess the question is who is your target buyer with that name? A high Spanish population area? A Spanish heritage business person? Anybody who has to be explained or look up what Verde means like me is not going to be thrilled with it.
As far as I know, in Spanish, as in Romanian, the adjective should be after the noun so VerdeWeed would sound something like WeedGreen.com in English. WeedVerde is what you need if you go for the Spanish speaking users. IMO
