Please appraise and let me know what you think about it.
I know its a geo domain and it is a new reg.

OK I looked it up there is not a TM for Vegas wars so should I TM the name and would that make this package worth keeping.

As I've posted elsewhere, just because it wasn't registered with the government, it can still be protected by its widespread and public use.
That is common law trademark and is enforceable.
So, you should set up a site on that name that has absolutely NO connection to gaming.
Make sure it never serves any ads about games or gaming, either.

The only way to look at this name is as a brandable with zero searches.
Why? Because your search #s are related to the game.
Which you cannot tap into, monetize, or utilize in any way.

As a brandable, I would say $xx. If someone ever decided to make a show called Vegas Wars, then $x,xxx.
