Can someone please appraise retirementtexas.net
FYI from market research it has 2000 daily searches of the key word "retirement texas", AWCPC of $2.18, SEOV of $1800/day according to Market Samurai.

No idea how much it is worth and if not worth much, what could i do to monetize? Or am i going down the wrong path...

$20-$100 end user value

.nets are not particularly popular in terms of resale to end users.

Also, retireintexas.net or texasretirement.net would be better in my opinion.

i would figure anywhere from $60-$100...its a .NET so it will lower the value a bit

You've done nothing wrong except registering such a horrible name. :lol:

Joking aside, .net is fine but the phrase retirement texas doesn't sound appealing. Worth low-mid $xx undeveloped imo.
