I and many others here have been trying to sell .info's for more than what we paid for the $0.49-$1 registration. It's tough even if you have cool one word or semi-keywords. These are not really that good except for rooter.info. And even that is only a $x domain. I would not bother developing the others unless you are really great at making websites fast cause they will be hard to develop too.
