Not sure what you'd build a site about. Most people are using that word to talk about batteries uncharging quickly. Maybe a site about prolonging the life of batteries? With just 720 global searches per month I would recommend a different name unless you have a better idea for the site.

By itself I'd say the name alone is only worth a few dollars.

What were your plans with it?

I'm not sure I feel like there are other possibilities for it I just haven't discovered. Right now the slogan for my site says "Where you come to Uncharge" and theres a forum on it haven't really done much else yet kinda just feeling my way around. Idk I like that name.
