The Google Adwords tool indicates that there are actually only 2,400 Global Monthly Searches for the exact phrase [to see] and an Estimated Avg. CPC of $0. So it doesn't look very good.
Being a .org your best bet would be to try and sell it to a charity that helps the blind or something along those lines. But charities being charities probably are not going to pay much.
The fact that ToSee.net is for sale on Godaddy for $4,188 doesn't mean it's worth that, it's not owned by Godaddy, Godaddy is advertising it for sale by a private individual who thinks it's worth $4,188.
To be honest, if you offered it to me for free I would have to politely refuse.
Try contacting the big blind charities.
