Well, I think English keywords with non-English ccTLDs can be OK, if the site is for tourists. However, restaurantS.es or restaurantS.com.es would be much better (assuming the site isn't about a single restaurant, but rather a guide/coupon site for tourists).

I don't think there is much value in .com.es, .es is the norm in Spain along with .com I believe, and in Catalunya you will see a number of .cat domains too.

Surprisingly dnsaleprice.cm reports a few dozen .com.es sales so you never know. But I wouldn't massively invest in it. Good luck.
