Please Appraise Title

Did everyone get very proper all of a sudden? A script must be adding the "please appraise" in front of each title, because every newer post has it.

I'm all for not being rude, but this makes it a little harder to differentiate and is a bit too big brotherish adding stuff to the title IMHO.

Of maybe this isn't happening and I'm losing it?

Subject should be short and to the subject.

The body should have all the niceties and pleases
