Hey,

I recently developed a "top site". the domain is www.Talvoo.com and it was put up yesterday. The site will also be added to Zeal.com and Skaffe.com's directories, and will have text links on the sites that are signed up.

domain is brandable i'll say low xx right now but the value will increase gradually

Nice clean layout. With the current assests (number of members etc) I would say about $80

Can be worth a lot with more members

A very clean looking site. The navigation looks easy enough. One thing that I might add if I were you is a mission statement or something of the sort for the site. Just by looking at it, I have a pretty difficult time figuring out what the site is all about. Is it for advertising? Just rating the member sites that sign-up?

Just some constructive criticism. Good luck with the site

P.S. Looks like good potential for value with the member sign-ups. All depends on how many members you get.

As it has been stated the name is quite brandable and it seems to fit nicely with the type of site you’ve developed. The question that I have is what kind of top sites are they? There doesn’t seem to be any distinct category of top sites, are you going for a more of a general website or is this something that will work itself out in time?

You should try to get traffic onto the page, not just webmasters but people looking for webpages related to what they are looking for, so I would split it in categories and try to SEO them.Also a nice logo instead of the letters would help the design.
As appraisal, I'd pay around 100$ just as it is now, the script seems ok and the name is nice.
