Estibot does not calculate the value of the domain names very well in my opinion, so it's not a reliable figure.

When I quick appraise a domain name, I usually look at 4 factors.

1.) Look at sales comparables & prices they sold at. You can visit dnsaleprice.com. It seems to be down, but I'm sure it will be back up eventually. You can also try to look at names that are similar on SEDO that currently have bids.
2.) Look at the name registrations in other TLD's. I use domainsite.com to do this.
3.) Character Length Considerations and Brandibility. (3-4 characters = good) (5-7 characters = so-so), more then 7 characters = (not that good most of the time)
4.) Potential Traffic from SEO possibilities. (Use googles keyword tool external to find traffic on that exact keyword phrase free rpg.), then check how much competition that keyword has on google to see how easy it would be to take top position. Having the domain name on a good SEO keyword can be very valuable to the resellers and SEO specialists.

Given these factors...

You have, 3 others with names ahead of yours in value, .com and .net are almost always worth more then .org. .org mainly sells to non-profits and organizations and thus are not willing to spend as much money.

None the less, the domain is taken in a few other tlds below you, meaning that you have immediate prospects to those domain owners should they want to buy your domain and move up the ladder. I see '4' domain owners that would be interested, so I usually give about +$3 (half of the average registration) for every domain owner interested as a minimum to put your price at. That is $12 so far.

Your character length is '7' which puts it in the so-so range. These domains tend to average mid $XXX at the most in my experience to end-users and mid-high $XX to resellers if it's a 'good name' with things going for it. This part is just used for estimation purposes though.

Google shows, 373,000 competing results for "free rpg". When you do the SEO for the site you just have to make sure to optimize for that keyword exactly so it takes advantage of your domain name.

KEI (Keyword Effectiveness Index) is a math tool used to give you an idea of how 'worth' it it would be to try and go for that keyword.)

You calculate it by taking 450,000 (squared)/the competition on google. If the number is greater then 100 then it usually shows some promise, greater then 500 and you got a potential gold mine.

Given the crazy traffic on the term and the limited sites fighting for top position on google on that keyword you have the potential to make this a 'top page' contender with a bit of work or can pitch it to do so.

Just to give you an idea of the possible worth to an SEO professional, if you were to get that domain to the first page say, even in position '5', about 10-20% of the people might click that position.

20% of 450,000 is, 90,000 potential visitors a month. If you just put up google ads on that, with a CTR of even, 0.03% which is pretty bad, and the average money you make being about .15 cents a click (that is 2700 potential clicks X 15 cents a click), you could earn $405 monthly.

This is probably why estibot put it's value around there, although I think it's putting it a bit high.

To a SEO End-Seller looking to make this a profit machine, this could be worth low $XXX to mid $XXX, since it's .org. If you had the .com it would be worth X10 more since .com tends to rank higher then .org.

I believe none the less that this domain has great SEO possibilities and would appraise it IMHO at a minimum of $12 + low $XX to a domain reseller & minimum of $100 + low to mid $XXX to an enduser SEO buyer. This domain will not sell well to anyone else, so keep in mind your market is limited to SEO professionals and this is why I think the domain reseller price will be much lower since it will be a hard sell. I could be wrong though.
