I think RINGTONEMARKETPLACE.COM is probably the best one of the lot here, but even that one is kind of long.

I would have to say reg fee +/- $10 for each.

The hyphen lowers the value of some of the domains in your list, while some are just too long. I'd say reg fee to low $xx.
